Earrings and Piercing Products
For hygiene and health reasons, returns or exchanges may not be accepted for products that come into direct contact with the body, such as earrings and piercings, where their suitability for resale has been compromised, or their packaging or protective elements have been opened, except in cases permitted by law.
However, if the product is defective or sent in error, please contact us.
Personalized Products
For products specially prepared according to the customer's request, such as those with names, letters, dates, or custom sizes, returns or exchanges are not possible under the right of withdrawal, except in cases where legal rights are reserved, such as if the product is defective or prepared differently from the order.

Return Refund
