At Masaliko, we prioritize ensuring your orders reach you quickly, securely, and carefully. We ship to Northern Cyprus, European countries, and the United States, in addition to Turkey.
Free Shipping Throughout Turkey
Shipping is free to all parts of Turkey. You will not pay any shipping fees for your orders within Turkey, regardless of the order amount.
We have agreements with various shipping companies across Turkey. Your order will be sent via the most suitable shipping company based on your delivery address, region, and shipping conditions.
Order Preparation Time
In-stock products are checked after payment confirmation, carefully packaged, and usually delivered to cargo within 1–3 business days.
Preparation time may vary for personalized items such as names, letters, dates, or products requiring special production. The current preparation time for these products is specified on the product page.
Shipment Tracking
Your shipping tracking information will be sent to you once your order has been handed over to the cargo company. You can easily track the delivery process of your shipment using your tracking number.
Northern Cyprus Delivery
We ship to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC).
Orders to TRNC are delivered to our customers within 1 week at the latest after being handed over to cargo.*
Europe and America Delivery
Masaliko offers international shipping to European countries and the United States.
For international orders, shipping fees, estimated delivery times, and shipping conditions may vary depending on the destination country.
For international shipments, taxes, customs duties, or other additional fees that may arise due to the customs regulations of the relevant country may be borne by the recipient.
