Return and Refund Policy

You may return products purchased from Masaliko within 14 days of delivery.

Return conditions

The product must be unused, undamaged and suitable for resale. It must be returned with its original packaging, labels, accessories and invoice, where applicable.

For hygiene reasons, returns may not be accepted for products that come into direct contact with the body, such as earrings, if the protective packaging or hygiene seal has been opened. The right of withdrawal may not apply to personalized or specially prepared products. Your statutory rights regarding defective products remain unaffected.

Do not send a product before requesting a return. First contact us at info@masaliko.com with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged, defective or incorrect products

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If it is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photographs and your order number.

Except for defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped products, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility. Cash-on-delivery or unapproved returns may be refused.

Refunds

Returned products are inspected after receipt. If accepted, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within the statutory period. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

A return may be refused if the product is used, damaged, incomplete or unsuitable for resale. Consumers’ statutory rights remain unaffected.

Order cancellation

You may request cancellation before dispatch. After dispatch, the return process applies following delivery.
