This Pre-Information Form has been prepared to inform the consumer before the distance selling transaction to be carried out via www.masaliko.com, within the scope of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

The key features, material, model, quantity, sale price, any discounts, and total price including taxes of the product(s) subject to the order are displayed on the relevant product page and to the BUYER before the order is completed.

The BUYER can check the selected products, their quantities, and the total order price before confirming the order.

3. Payment Information

The order price can be paid using one of the payment methods offered on www.masaliko.com.

For transactions made with credit or debit cards, the conditions of the relevant bank and payment service provider may apply.

Confirmation of the order creates a payment obligation for the BUYER.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is free throughout Turkey.

Products in stock are generally prepared and delivered to the cargo company within 1–3 business days.

We have agreements with various cargo companies throughout Turkey. Your order may be sent via a suitable cargo company based on your delivery address and operational conditions.

Delivery is made to the address specified by the BUYER during the order.

Preparation times for custom-made or specially produced products may vary. The estimated preparation time for the relevant product is stated on the product page.

Products are delivered within the maximum delivery times stipulated in the relevant legislation.

5. TRNC and International Shipments

Masaliko ships to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), European countries, and the United States, in addition to Turkey.

TRNC orders are normally delivered to the customer within approximately 1 week after being handed over to cargo.

For European and American shipments, shipping fees, delivery times, and shipping conditions may vary by country.

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, or other legal fees that may arise according to the legislation of the destination country may be borne by the BUYER, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER may exercise their right of withdrawal without giving any reason and without paying any penal clause within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, subject to the exceptions specified in the relevant legislation.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must notify the SELLER of their decision to withdraw within the 14-day period.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product return process will be carried out in accordance with the applicable legislation.

7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may not be exercised for some products within the scope of the relevant legislation.

These include, in particular:

Products specially prepared according to the consumer's wishes or personal needs,
Products with names, dates, special measurements, or personalization applied,
Products whose packaging, seal, or similar protective elements have been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable for health or hygiene reasons,
Other products and services determined as exceptions to the right of withdrawal in the legislation.

For products in direct contact with the body, such as earrings and piercings, whether the right of withdrawal applies is evaluated in accordance with the nature of the product, whether its protective packaging has been opened, and applicable legislation.

The consumer's rights arising from the law regarding defective or faulty products are reserved.

8. Return and Refund

If the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the legislation, return procedures are carried out in accordance with legal periods and conditions.

Refunds are made in accordance with the payment method used during the purchase, unless otherwise stipulated in the legislation.

Due to the processing times of banks and payment institutions, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to be reflected in the BUYER's account or card.

9. Warranty and After-Sales Services

Our imported collection products are offered with a 5-year color warranty.

Situations such as impact, crushing, breakage, misuse, and intensive contact with chemical substances depending on the product's usage are also evaluated under warranty.

Masaliko also offers maintenance, renovation, and color change services for suitable products.

10. Complaints and Disputes

Consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or, in relevant cases, to the Consumer Courts, within the conditions and monetary limits specified in the applicable legislation.

11. Acceptance of Pre-Information

The BUYER confirms electronically that they have read and understood the necessary preliminary information regarding the distance selling transaction, including the key features of the products subject to the order, the sale price, the total price, payment and delivery conditions, the right of withdrawal, and exceptions to the right of withdrawal, before completing their order.
