This website is operated by Masaliko. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to Masaliko. By visiting or shopping on masaliko.com, you agree to these Terms of Service, which apply to all users, including visitors, customers and content providers.

3. Conditions of use

You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You must not damage, disrupt or compromise the site or prevent others from using it. Providing misleading information, using another person’s payment method without permission or conducting unlawful activity is prohibited.

4. Products and services

We aim to present product features, descriptions and images accurately, but colors may appear differently due to screen settings. Products may be subject to stock limits. Masaliko may modify or discontinue products or limit quantities, without affecting consumers’ statutory rights.

5. Prices and payments

Product prices are displayed on the site. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown before checkout is completed. Price changes do not affect completed and confirmed orders. Customers confirm that billing, delivery and payment information is accurate and current.

6. Acceptance of orders

Receipt of an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. Orders may be cancelled because of inventory or pricing errors, failed payment authorization or suspected fraud. Payments for cancelled orders will be refunded to the original payment method, and updates will be sent through the customer’s provided contact channels.

7. Delivery

Orders are sent to the supplied address after payment approval and preparation. Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur because of carriers, natural disasters, official decisions, high demand or circumstances beyond Masaliko’s control. Customers are responsible for delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete delivery information.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns, withdrawal and refunds are handled under the Return and Refund Policy. Customers may exercise their right of withdrawal within the period provided by applicable law. 9. Intellectual property

Rights in the brands, logos, designs, product images, texts, graphics and other content belong to Masaliko or their respective owners. Content may not be copied, reproduced, published or distributed commercially without prior written permission.

10. Third-party services

Payment, shipping, infrastructure or similar services may be supplied by third parties and their terms may also apply. Links to third-party sites do not imply Masaliko’s endorsement of all their content.

11. Personal data and privacy

Personal data is processed according to applicable law, the Privacy Policy and KVKK Information Notice. Order information may be used to receive and process orders, take payment, arrange delivery and provide customer support.

12. Limitation of liability

Masaliko does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, technical faults or circumstances beyond our control. Nothing here excludes consumers’ mandatory statutory rights.

13. Force majeure

A party may not be liable for failure or delay caused by natural disasters, epidemics, war, strikes, communications outages, official decisions, transportation problems or similar events beyond reasonable control.

14. Changes

Masaliko may update these Terms to reflect legal or service changes. Updated terms take effect when published on masaliko.com and do not remove consumers’ acquired rights from previously completed orders.

15. Dispute resolution

The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply. Consumers may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts under applicable monetary and jurisdictional rules and retain the right to apply to competent authorities where they reside.
